Aisocrat is built to help founders and advisors make better decisions, not to turn strategic context into a generic data exhaust. This page summarizes how we currently handle information during the beta product stage.
What we collect
When you use Compass or Centaur, we may store the decision concern you enter, your answers, the resulting diagnostic brief, account identity data, and follow-up notes tied to your founder or advisor workspace.
Why we collect it
We use this information to generate your diagnostic, persist your episode history, support founder and advisor workflows, and improve the continuity of decision support over time.
Who can see what
Founder-facing outputs remain founder-safe by default. Advisor-private notes and prep context stay separate from founder-visible workspace surfaces unless a future shared action explicitly says otherwise.
AI providers
Diagnostic and Copilot features may send relevant prompt context to configured AI providers to generate responses. We keep system prompts on the server and do not expose them in client bundles.
Data handling
Aisocrat uses Firebase services for authentication and data storage. We aim to minimize sensitive raw logging and keep company decision data limited to what is needed to operate the product.
Beta status
The current product is still in active development. Please avoid storing material you would not want processed in a beta software environment.
